The Process.
Select a home.
Choose from a variety of homes through our partner, Dutch Homes. From 1 to 4 beds, 1 to 3.5 baths, and several home style options.
2. Secure financing.
While our buyers are more than welcome to secure financing on their own, we’re happy to help guide you through the process. Several national lenders require as little as 5% down.
3. Move in.
Once you’ve chosen your home and secured your financing, things move pretty quickly. On average, our home buyers can move in within 90 days of purchasing their a new home.
